Carmen
Treatment Coordinator
Carmen is a North Texas native who loves meeting new people and turning patients into friends. She has a decade of experience in the dental field, but orthodontics is her true passion. Carmen performs many roles in the office, from insurance coordinating and scheduling to guiding new patients throughout their orthodontic experience!
Outside of work, Carmen spends her time with her husband, daughter, and Goldendoodle puppy. Her hobby list includes hiking, storm chasing, geocaching, and even aviation. She is a renaissance woman and is ready to help all of our patients, new and old!
Rosie
Front Desk and Financial Coordinator
Rosie has eight years of experience in the dental field. Her joy of working front office is the rapport she builds with each patient that walks through our doors. As the first person our patients see, Rosie loves giving a big smile and hello to show them the warmth and love we have in our office. Rosie ensures each patient is taken care of in a professional and timely manner.
Rosie recently moved from Colorado to Texas. She has two children who keep her active, young, and motivated to do better each day. During her free time, she enjoys watching and playing sports with her boys, and being outdoors involved with nature.
Maysa
Orthodontic Assistant
Maysa is one of Dr. Lepley’s chairside assistants, and with 14 years of orthodontic experience, she knows what Dr. Lepley needs before she even needs it! With all of her experience, Maysa is a huge help to patients and can answer many questions.
She is from Dallas and in her spare time loves traveling, hiking, and volunteering. On the weekends, Maysa can be found cooking and providing food for the homeless!
Gloria
Orthodontic Assistant
With a decade of experience, Gloria started as a chairside assistant in general dentistry before finding her true passion in orthodontics. Her journey in the dental field reflects her commitment and enthusiasm for creating beautiful smiles.
Gloria grew up in Garland, Texas and is a proud mom to her son, Gael. She cherishes every moment they spend together! In their free time, Gloria and Gael enjoy visiting their ranch, where they care for many animals. Their ranch is home to 50 goats, 2 dogs, 6 cows, 20 chickens, as well as parakeets, quails, and a cockatiel!
Gloria's dedication to her family and love for animals make her a wonderfully compassionate assistant!
Jocelyn
Orthodontic Assistant
Jocelyn brings six years of specialized experience as a chairside assistant in orthodontics to our team. Her passion for orthodontics was inspired by her sister, Gloria, who also works as an assistant at our office. Their shared dedication to the field highlights their strong family bond and commitment to creating beautiful smiles.
Hailing from Garland, Jocelyn enjoys exploring new restaurants, spending quality time with family, and indulging in her love for fishing and lake activities. Traveling is also a favorite pastime, allowing her to discover new places and experiences.
Jocelyn’s enthusiasm for orthodontics, combined with her vibrant interests and family connections, makes her a valued member of our team.
